What We Do
Freedom, education, vocational skills, and leadership belong together because families rarely recover through one change alone. Lasting change grows where dignity, learning, and opportunity are strengthened together.
Freedom
In Pakistan, many families remain trapped in inherited debt through systems that can pass from one generation to the next. AFC works to help release families from these conditions through direct intervention that allows them to begin again.

This form of modern slavery often begins when families borrow money for urgent needs such as medical care, financial emergencies, or major family expenses. What begins as temporary debt can become years of labor with little path to freedom.
When a family is freed, children gain access to education, parents regain dignity, and new possibilities begin to open.
Education
Education remains one of the clearest ways to build long-term change. AFC supports schooling for children from vulnerable communities, including many whose families have been freed.

Practical Training
Vocational training helps families move toward greater stability. AFC supports skills such as tailoring, welding, and other trades that create opportunity and strengthen communities.

Leadership Development
Lasting change also depends on trusted local leadership. Through teaching, mentoring, and structured training, AFC helps cultivate character, responsibility, and leadership that can strengthen communities for years to come.
