Noah Middleton
Since 1997, Noah Middleton has served through sustained work across South Asia and beyond. In 2015, he founded AFC International to advance freedom, education, and lasting opportunity through field engagement and trusted relationships.

Stephen McKay has served for many years in faith-based ministry, shaped by long-term work among vulnerable communities. He brings particular concern for orphans and vulnerable children living in exploited conditions.

Emmanuel Acha
Emmanuel Acha leads AFC’s work in bonded labor intervention, leadership training, and elementary education. His work centers on helping vulnerable families move toward freedom, dignity, and greater opportunity.

Family Mentoring Coordinator
Dilbar Masih
Dilbar Masih plays a central role in family freedom work, helping households rebuild stability after release from bonded labor. He also mentors men as families begin again outside the kiln system.
